    Eastfield College 6-part Leadership Series: Customer Service

    Customer Service trains participants the skills to have effective conversations that get to the need of the customer and creates the resolution that works for both the customer and the business.  You will walk away feeling good about the customer service interaction. This practical program tailored to modern business models, provides participants with a blueprint for creating relationships that compel people to not only work together but want to work together.
